I am going to start with my favourite because this is clearly a win win situation.
Who knew dark chocolate is filled with anti-oxidants meaning it can help with wrinkles, uneven skin texture and thin skin. It can also help with hydration and blood flow which helps with dull, pale looking skin.
Be sure to choose one that is 70% cocoa with minimal sugar for the best benefits.
2.Fatty Fish
These are high in Omega 3 which is essential for soft moisturized skin, a lack of this has shown links with increased skin dryness. Omega 3 is also helpful of acne and redness.
Fatty Fish contain Vitamin E which is an amazing anti-oxidant and something you will find in many skin care products, it can help with skin condition such a psoriasis.
It also high in zinc which is vital for healthy skin as it helps with wound healing, inflammation and overall skin integrity
